My T210M's nose gear makes a grinding noise when it extends. This began during a ground test last year, but did not occur in flight until recently. The gear doors function properly, but the gear itself is noisy.
We checked for leaks in the system and repaired them, but the noise continues. The power pack appears to be in good working order, but the tube that connects to the gear doors vibrates excessively. We tried lubricating the gears, but it didn't help.
