Have you tried reading the manual? It should specify the exact type of oxygen connector used. It might be a standard aviation connector or a specific type used by Cessna.

You could try taking off the adapter without messing with anything else. But you might run into a snag with two long bolts. You may need to raise the engine a bit to get them out.
