Fluctuating Amp Gauge on 182P

I'm having an issue with my 182P - the amp gauge is bouncing around like crazy; and noticed the instrument lights dimming and brightening along with it. Kinda worried this could point to some electrical gremlins.
Anyone else run into this before? Need help…

AFAIK, 100% cause is the faulty switch. It's causing the voltage to fluctuate, which is messing up the alternator. Replacing the switch should fix it. It's a quick and easy fix.
