Anyone Tried Those ArcticAir or B-Kool Coolers?

I'm thinking about getting one of those ice cooler air conditioners like the ArcticAir or B-Kool. Anyone tried these things? How well do they actually cool? I'm mainly curious about how powerful they are, how much energy they eat up, and if they’re worth the cash.
Anyone got any tips or some real-life reviews? Appreciate it!

For a 4-hour flight, I'd use a Coleman 24 soft-sided cooler to keep ice cold for my pump stuff. I'd pump before and after the flight, and bring a hand pump for in-flight use. I'd clean the pump stuff with Medela wipes and store them in a Ziploc bag.

Or, I could use a Willow pump with bags while flying. I'd pack ice packs in a cooler slot in a backpack and store used Willow bags in a gallon Ziploc bag. I'd use a wet bag to keep everything clean and Medela wipes for cleaning.

I'd bring lots of Ziploc bags for different stuff.
