Back in 1979 I learned to fly at San Fernando Airport. Shortly there after I added a Commercial, Instrument and Flight Instructor rating to my license. Years later I added rotorcraft. I enjoyed a long career in the Avionics industry. While working I enjoyed flying various company aircraft including: 1977 Cessna T210M, 1998 Malibu JetProp and 2007 Pilatus PC-12. I built a Rotorway helicopter I modified with a turban engine aka JetExec. I purchased the Cessna 210 from my company when I retired a few years ago. My 210 is special to me. I have over 1800 hours flying it with 12 trips to Oshkosh/Air-venture. Over the years it was used to get STC’s on various products and accessories by some of the major Avionics manufacturers including Garmin. I love flying and look forward to flying my old friend for many more years.
