Hello fellow aviators and enthusiasts, glad to be joining the forum. I've been flying for about 27 years and have owned a Sundowner and a Bonanza (currently still own), my son who is 17 finally decided to take me up on offer of flying lessons and was in the market for a 150. As luck would have it (and it was EXTREMELY lucky), I ended up winning the Flying Wings of Louisiana raffle and just picked up a 1966 C150F. She is a great plane and we flew her from right outside New Orleans back to the Charlotte area this past weekend. My son starts training in the next week or so and will have him join the forum as well, looking forward to all the great resources the site has and hope to meet some of you at fly ins and other events.
