I was thinking about flying during the solar eclipse, was anyone here flying at that time? Did the radio have skip or the compass act strange? Instruments lose calibration temporarily?
I would expect radio waves to change during the event and skip to increase, but since older instruments were not "by wire", I was wondering if the new "by wire" instruments were effected.
